Some words in this policy are used in a specific sense.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Personal data | Any information about an identified or identifiable person. For example, your child's name and date of birth. |
| Special category / health data | Data the law protects more strictly. In Small Mornings this is health data: medications, illnesses, chronic conditions, vaccinations, symptoms, mood, EPDS results, pregnancy and postpartum records. |
| Data controller | The person who decides why and how data is processed. For Small Mornings, Eren Tepecik. |
| Processing | Anything done with data: recording, storing, sending, deleting. |
| KVKK | Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the related decisions of its Board. |
| GDPR | The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679). In the United Kingdom, the equivalent UK GDPR. |
| App | The Small Mornings app for iOS and Android (package name com.erntpck.bebek). |
| Assistant | The AI chat feature in the app. Replies are generated by Google's Gemini model. |
| Install id | A random 32-character string the app generates the first time you use the assistant. It has no link to your phone's hardware id, advertising id or your name. |
| Backup file | The JSON file containing all your records, created when you tap "Create backup" under "Your data" on the Profile screen. |
| Device data | All records and settings the app keeps in your phone's own storage. |
Small Mornings is developed and published by Eren Tepecik, an independent developer based in Türkiye. Under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR, the data controller is Eren Tepecik. There is no company, representative or data protection officer; every request reaches the developer directly. No EU representative has been appointed under GDPR Art. 27 because the app is aimed at Türkiye, processing relating to EU users is occasional, special-category data is not processed on a large scale and the processing is unlikely to result in a risk (Art. 27(2)(a)). A data protection officer is not required under GDPR Art. 37: we are not a public body and our core activity does not involve regular and systematic large-scale monitoring or large-scale processing of special-category data; no content is stored on the server.
Under the Board's decisions on VERBİS exemptions (decisions 2018/32 and 2018/87 and the later Board decisions updating the balance-sheet threshold), because we have fewer than 50 employees, an annual balance sheet under TRY 100 million and a core activity that is not the processing of special-category data (health data forwarded to the assistant is not stored on the server), there is no obligation to register with the Data Controllers' Registry (VERBİS); if that assessment changes, registration will be made and this section updated.
This policy covers three things: the app itself, the Small Mornings server the app connects to (lulla-worker.axiom-dev.workers.dev), and the web page you are reading now.
The policy applies to everyone using the app in Türkiye. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR are also explained here. Where local law in another country gives you further rights, those remain unaffected.
This is version 2.1, effective from 27 September 2026. The same text opens from inside the app (Profile screen and the assistant consent card).
What you type in. Almost all data in Small Mornings is entered by you: your child's profile, daily records, mom records, notes and the messages you write to the assistant. The app stores these on your phone.
What arises on its own. Three things exist without you typing them: the install id generated when you use the assistant, the IP address that network providers see on every internet connection, and the technical logs the server keeps only when an error occurs. The app does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone and never asks permission for them.
The table shows which activity rests on which legal basis.
| Activity | KVKK | GDPR |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping your records on your phone, scheduling reminders, making backups; running the app | This data stays on your phone and never reaches us; because we carry out no processing of these records as a controller, the legal bases in KVKK Art. 5 and Art. 6 are not engaged. The app's local operations on your phone (saving, scheduling reminders, creating a backup file) happen only at your instruction and on your device. | Art. 6 and Art. 9 are not engaged; this data does not reach us. |
| Assistant: sending your message and a summary of your records through Cloudflare to Google Gemini | Art. 5/1 and Art. 6/2: explicit consent. Because the summary may contain health data, this happens only with your explicit consent. Transfer abroad under Art. 9/4-a (section 6). | Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a): explicit consent. Transfer abroad: section 6 (Art. 45 or Art. 49(1)(a)). |
| Install id and monthly message counter; per-IP request limit per minute; error logs | Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest. The purpose is to limit the cost and abuse of the assistant and keep the service secure. The transfer of this data abroad is explained in section 6. | Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interest. |
| Downloading the vaccination and checkup schedule from the server | No personal data is sent. The IP address seen for the connection is a technical necessity (Art. 5/2-f); for its transfer abroad see section 6 (Art. 9/4-b). | Art. 6(1)(f). |
| Showing this web page (GitHub Pages, Google Fonts) | Art. 5/2-f: technically necessary to serve the page. Transfer abroad: section 6. | Art. 6(1)(f). |
| Answering a rights request, meeting legal obligations | Art. 5/2-a and Art. 5/2-ç: required by law, legal obligation. | Art. 6(1)(c). |
If you do not consent: the assistant does not work, and everything else in the app works fully. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
Small Mornings is a local-first app. Everything in the table below is kept in your phone's app storage, is never written to a server and is never tied to an account. This data never reaches us; the only exception is the summary sent when you use the assistant, listed item by item in section 5.1.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Child profile | Name, date of birth or due date, gender, birth status (pregnancy / born) |
| Daily baby records | Feeding (time, type, duration or amount, food), sleep (type, duration, quality, running timer), diapers |
| Growth and development | Weight, length, head circumference; teeth erupted and teeth marked as not yet; milestones reached and marked as not yet reached |
| Health (special category) | Vaccinations and refusal marks, doctor checkups, medications and dose logs, appointments (title, date, doctor name, place), chronic conditions and permanent medications, illness records and notes |
| Planning | Shopping list, tasks, marks that you have read the weekly plan and info cards |
| Mom records (special category) | Recovery scores, weight and weight goal, period tracking, nutrition, sleep, journal entries, EPDS (postpartum depression scale) results, appointments, reminders, daily mood and symptoms, water and exercise |
| Assistant | Chat history (up to the last 100 messages), your sharing consent and its date, a cache of your monthly message allowance |
| App state | Language, notification categories and quiet hours, first-launch date, counters for the store review prompt, the cached vaccination schedule and the schedule version you have seen |
| Install id | Random 32 characters; generated only the first time you use the assistant |
A note on health data. Records such as medications, illnesses, vaccinations, symptoms, mood and EPDS are special category data under the law. As long as they stay on your phone, only you can see them; Small Mornings cannot access them.
Chat history. Your conversations with the assistant are stored only on your phone; there is no copy on the server. You can clear the chat inside the app.
Backup files. When you tap "Create backup", the app writes all of your records (including chat history; excluding the install id and the message allowance cache) into a single file named smallmornings-yedek-DATE.json and opens the operating system's share sheet. You decide where the file goes (Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, e-mail and so on); Small Mornings never uploads it to any server and does not know where you saved it. The file is not encrypted. A copy remains in the app's cache folder; the operating system may clear that folder over time, a new backup on the same day overwrites it, and uninstalling the app deletes it. On restore, the file you pick is first copied into the app's cache folder, then read, validated and, after your confirmation, written over the records on the phone; that copy is subject to the same rules as the cached backup copy.
The app goes online in exactly three situations. It makes no other network requests. This web page also has connections of its own (5.4).
When. After you tap "Accept and start" on the consent card in the Assistant tab, and only when you send a message. Before you consent, no assistant-related network request is made. Your consent is stored on your phone.
What is sent. Each message carries three parts:
Never sent. Diaper records, the mom journal, EPDS results, period, weight and recovery records, mom appointments and reminders, the shopping list, tasks, notification settings and other app settings are never sent to the assistant.
Where it goes. The request travels over HTTPS to the Small Mornings server, which the developer runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company and the request is handled at the point of its global network nearest to you. The server validates the request, forwards the same content to the Gemini API of Google LLC (USA) (model: gemini-2.5-flash) and returns the reply to you. The request also carries an app token embedded in the app and your install id; the token shows the request comes from the Small Mornings app, it does not identify you.
Google Gemini, free tier. We currently use the Gemini API on the free tier. Under Google's Gemini API terms of service, content sent on this tier (your message and the context summary) may be used by Google to improve its products and may be read by human reviewers. We cannot control how long Google keeps this content and cannot promise a period. We will update this section when we move to a paid tier.
Our advice. The context summary includes your child's name. If you prefer, use a nickname instead of the real name in the profile. Do not write identifying details such as surname, address, national id number or phone number in your messages. You may also never turn the assistant on; every other feature of the app works without it.
What stays on the server. Nothing. The server code neither stores nor logs your message, the context summary or the reply. The reply is written only to your phone.
What is logged. Only on error paths, and only this: the HTTP error code returned by Google and the first 500 characters of Google's error text; timeouts; empty replies; the content filter's block reason; read and write errors of the counter store (KV). These records never contain your message, the context summary, your install id or your IP address. Connection records kept by Cloudflare at platform level are subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
IP address and request limit. As with any internet request, Cloudflare sees your IP address. To limit abuse, the server allows at most 20 requests per minute per IP address; this counter lives in server memory, resets within a minute and is never written to storage.
How to withdraw. Turn sharing off from the menu on the chat screen. After that no new request is sent; the chat history on your phone stays until you delete it. If you want to consent again, the card is shown again.
Legal basis. Because the summary may contain health data, this sharing happens only with your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 6/2 and GDPR Art. 9(2)(a); the transfer abroad is explained in section 6.
The assistant has a monthly message limit. For this the server keeps only a number in Cloudflare KV under the key quota:<year-month>:<install id>; no message content is stored. The record deletes itself 40 days after it was last written. Because the install id is random, this counter cannot be matched to you. If the install id could not be attached to a request, the server keeps the counter by your IP address instead, for the same 40 days; the current app always sends the id, so this is only a fallback.
After you consent, when the chat screen opens the app asks the server with your install id how much allowance remains, without increasing the counter; this query runs at most once every 10 minutes. The counter is kept on Cloudflare servers that are also located outside Türkiye; we cannot choose the country in which the data is processed.
The app downloads the current version of the vaccination and doctor checkup schedule from the Small Mornings server. This request carries no identity, token or install id; it only asks for the public schedule file. It runs at most once a day (when the app opens and 24 hours have passed) and when you refresh the schedule manually from the vaccination screen. The reply is cached on your phone. The server keeps no records for these requests; your IP address is seen by Cloudflare only for the duration of the connection.
This page is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA) and is also served from the Small Mornings server as a mirror. GitHub may keep ordinary server logs of your visit (IP address, browser information, time) under the GitHub privacy statement. The page loads the Nunito font from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request with your IP address to Google's servers. The page has no cookies, analytics or tracking code, and runs no JavaScript. If you open the page from the Small Mornings server (lulla-worker.axiom-dev.workers.dev/privacy/en), Cloudflare rather than GitHub sees your IP address; the Google Fonts request is unchanged.
The Small Mornings server and the providers we use also operate outside Türkiye and are headquartered in the USA; the data listed in section 5 may therefore be transferred outside Türkiye. Who processes what, and where:
| Provider | Country | Data transferred | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers, KV) | USA; global network, request handled at the point nearest to you | Assistant message and context summary (in transit, not stored), install id, monthly counter, IP address | When you use the assistant; only the IP when the schedule is downloaded; only the IP when you open the mirror of this page (lulla-worker.axiom-dev.workers.dev/privacy) |
| Google LLC (Gemini API) | USA | Assistant message, last 20 messages and context summary | Only when you use the assistant |
| GitHub, Inc. (Pages) | USA | IP address and browser information of the browser visiting this page | When you open this page |
| Google LLC (Fonts) | USA | IP address of the browser visiting this page | When you open this page |
KVKK. For these transfers there is not yet a Board adequacy decision or one of the appropriate safeguards in Art. 9/2 (such as the Board's standard contract). The transfer of assistant data (your message, the last 20 messages, the context summary, the install id, the monthly counter and the IP address) to the USA rests on the explicit consent you give inside the app after being informed of the possible risks described in this policy (5.1 and the risk statement in this section) (KVKK Art. 9/4-a); the consent card states where the data goes and links to this policy, so the risk statement can be read before consenting. The transfer of the IP address seen only for the connection when the schedule is downloaded and when this page is opened is necessary to provide the service and rests on Art. 9/4-b. When the Board's standard contract is signed with the providers, this section will be updated and the contract notified to the Board within five business days.
GDPR. If you are in the EU or the United Kingdom: the relationship with Cloudflare and GitHub is governed by those providers' data processing addenda, which incorporate the standard contractual clauses (Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum, GitHub Data Protection Agreement). For the Gemini API, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) adequacy decision (Art. 45) to the extent Google LLC's DPF certification covers the service; where it does not, and because Google offers no data processing addendum on the free tier, the transfer rests on the explicit consent you give after being informed of the risks (Art. 49(1)(a)). Cloudflare and GitHub also state that they are listed under the DPF; you can verify the current status on each provider's own page.
Risk statement. Data protection rules in the USA differ from those in Türkiye and the EU; public authorities may have broader powers to access data, and enforcing your rights may be harder. On the free Gemini tier, Google may use content for product improvement. If you do not accept these risks, do not use the assistant; the rest of the app sends no data abroad.
We process your data only for the purposes below. We never use it for anything else (advertising, profiling, marketing, sale).
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Letting you keep baby and mom records and see charts and summaries | Device data (on your phone) |
| Sending reminders and notifications | Medication, appointment, vaccination, checkup and mom reminder records; notification settings (on your phone) |
| Letting you back up and restore | All device data (as a file, in the place you choose) |
| Generating an assistant reply | Your message, last 20 messages, context summary (via Cloudflare to Google Gemini) |
| Enforcing the assistant's monthly allowance, limiting cost | Install id, monthly counter |
| Preventing abuse, keeping the server secure | IP address (per-minute request limit), error logs |
| Keeping the vaccination and checkup schedule up to date | No personal data; only the IP address for the connection |
| Answering your rights requests | The information you send us by e-mail |
This list is exhaustive; data not listed here is not stored anywhere.
| Data | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Device data (profile, records, settings) | Your phone | Until you delete the profile or uninstall the app |
| Chat history | Your phone | Until you clear the chat, delete the profile or uninstall; at most the last 100 messages are kept |
| Assistant consent and install id | Your phone | Until the profile is deleted or the app uninstalled |
| Backup files | The place you chose; one copy in the app's cache folder | Until you delete them; the cache copy until the operating system clears it or the app is uninstalled |
| Assistant message, context summary, reply | Small Mornings server (Cloudflare) | Not stored; processed only in transit to forward the request |
| The same content | Google Gemini API | Under Google's Gemini API terms; on the free tier the period is unknown to us and outside our control |
| Monthly message counter (a number only) | Cloudflare KV | 40 days from the last write, then deleted automatically |
| Monthly counter keyed to the IP address, for requests that carry no install id (a number only) | Cloudflare KV | 40 days from the last write, then deleted automatically |
| Per-IP request counter | Server memory | At most one minute; never written to storage |
| Error logs (no content, no identifiers) | Cloudflare Workers logs | Per Cloudflare's platform retention; the developer does not export them elsewhere |
| Connection records (IP) | Cloudflare platform | Per Cloudflare's privacy policy |
| Server logs of this page | GitHub Pages; Google Fonts; Cloudflare if you open the mirror | Per GitHub's and Google's own privacy statements |
| Rights request correspondence | The developer's e-mail | At most 3 years after the request is closed (for possible disputes), then deleted |
Small Mornings is for adults (18 and over): parents and caregivers. You enter your child's information as their legal guardian. That information stays on your phone and is sent to the assistant only if you give the consent in section 5.1, within the scope described there.
The app is not designed for children to use themselves and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. For this reason the US COPPA rules, Apple's "Kids" category and Google Play's "Designed for Families" program do not apply to this app.
If you believe a child's data was entered by someone without authority to do so, write to erentepecik@erentepecik.com. Because the data lives on the phone, deletion is done from that phone; we will work out how together.
If you want to keep your child's data to a minimum, you can use a nickname instead of the real name in the profile; no feature of the app depends on the real name.
Reminders (medication time, appointments, vaccinations, checkups, mom reminders and info cards) are scheduled locally on your phone. There is no notification server, push token or remote notification; notification content never leaves your phone.
In Settings you can turn notification categories off one by one and set quiet hours. You can revoke notification permission at any time in the operating system settings; the app respects this and schedules nothing without permission. On Android the app uses only the permissions notifications need, plus internet access: showing notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS), exact alarms so reminders fire at the exact time (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM), re-creating reminders after the phone restarts (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED), vibration and internet (INTERNET). The toolchain the app is built with may declare some standard permissions aimed at older Android versions (for example the legacy storage permission) in the manifest by default; the app does not use them and never asks you for them. No location, camera, microphone, contacts or photo permission is requested.
What we do. All communication with the server is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). The server accepts assistant and counter requests only with the app token (the public schedule file and this page need no token), limits request size and applies a per-IP request limit. The key for accessing Google lives only on the server and is not embedded in the app. Because no content is stored on the server and there are no accounts, there is no user database that could leak. These measures are applied with regard to the adequate measures the Board set for special-category data in decision 2018/10 of 31 January 2018: special-category data is transmitted only encrypted with TLS, is not stored on the server, and only the developer has access to the server and its keys.
What we ask of you. Your data sits in the app's storage on your phone, protected by the operating system's app isolation; it is not separately encrypted. The real protection is your phone's screen lock; please use a passcode or biometric lock. iOS and Android device backups (iCloud, Google One and similar) may include app data; those backups are governed by Apple's and Google's own policies and are outside the control of Small Mornings. Backup files are plain text; keep them somewhere you trust and take care when sharing them.
Honest limits. The app token is not a personal secret, because it is embedded in the app; its purpose is to filter casual abuse. Processing of content that reaches Google is subject to Google's security practices. No system is completely secure, and we do not promise that.
If a breach happens. If we learn that your personal data has been obtained unlawfully, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Board within 72 hours at the latest, as required by KVKK Art. 12/5 and the Board's decision, and inform affected persons as soon as reasonably possible. Where GDPR applies, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours (Art. 33) and inform you directly in high-risk cases (Art. 34). Because there are no accounts, in most cases we can inform you only through this page and an in-app notice. If you spot a security weakness, please write to erentepecik@erentepecik.com.
Nobody other than the providers below has access to your data. Small Mornings gives them your data only to deliver the service described in this policy. Our agreements with Cloudflare, GitHub, Apple and Google Play (data processing addenda and developer agreements) require those providers to protect your data at least to the level described in this policy. The only exception is the free tier of the Gemini API, where Google may use content under its own terms; that exception is described openly in 5.1 and is subject to your explicit consent alone. If legally compelled (a court order, or a request from the Board or another competent authority) we may have to disclose the limited records we hold; because we keep no accounts or content, the only records we could hand over are the anonymous counters and the content-free error logs.
| Provider | Role | Data it sees | Country | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the Small Mornings server (Workers) and the message counter (KV); processor | Assistant request (in transit), install id, counter, IP address; the IP address of a visitor who opens the mirror of this page | USA | Privacy policy |
| Google LLC (Gemini API) | Generates assistant replies; on the free tier may use content under its own terms | Message, last 20 messages, context summary | USA | Gemini API terms |
| Google LLC (Fonts) | Serves this page's font | IP address of the page visitor | USA | Google privacy policy |
| GitHub, Inc. | Hosts this page | IP address and browser information of the page visitor | USA | GitHub privacy statement |
| Apple Inc. (App Store) | Distributes the app; the screen shown when the app asks you for a review belongs to Apple | Small Mornings receives nothing from that interaction | USA | Apple privacy policy |
| Google LLC (Google Play) | Distributes the app; the review screen belongs to Google | Small Mornings receives nothing from that interaction | USA | Google privacy policy |
What is absent. Small Mornings has no ad network, analytics, crash reporting, social media plug-in or tracking SDK. Your data is not sold, rented, shared with data brokers or given to anyone for marketing. The iOS privacy manifest declares that no tracking takes place; the app never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. For users in the United States: we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA (there is no transfer for cross-context behavioural advertising), we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than providing the service you asked for, and there is therefore no "Do Not Sell or Share" link.
Assistant replies are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini). They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date; they are not medical advice (section 17). Google's content filter may refuse to answer some messages; the app then shows you a notice.
Small Mornings makes no automated decision about you or your child that has legal effect or similarly significant impact (KVKK Art. 11/1-g, GDPR Art. 22). The assistant is a suggestion tool; decisions are made by you and your doctor.
There is no profiling for advertising or marketing. The stage cards and reminders inside the app are computed locally from the records on your phone and your child's age; they never go to the server.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:
Where GDPR applies you also have the right of access and to a copy (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) and not to be subject to solely automated decisions (Art. 22).
How to exercise them. Because Small Mornings keeps no data on the server, you exercise most of these rights directly on your phone:
Identity verification. There are no accounts, so we hold no record that identifies you. Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your application must contain your name and surname (and a signature if made in writing), Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport or ID number), an address for service, an e-mail address if you have one, and the subject of the request; you may apply in Turkish and also in writing rather than by e-mail. Because there are no accounts, we also accept applications from your ordinary e-mail address; we do not ask for a copy of an identity document or any further information. The only record on the server is the counter tied to the anonymous install id; that id is not shown in the app, so we may not be able to match a specific counter to you (section 15).
Time and cost. We answer requests as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where GDPR applies the period is one month; for complex or numerous requests it may be extended by two further months, and you will be told of the extension and its reasons (Art. 12(3)). Requests are free of charge; in the exceptional cases allowed by law, the fee schedule set by the Board may apply.
Complaints. Under KVKK Art. 14, if your application is refused, you find the answer insufficient or you receive no answer within 30 days, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr) within 30 days of learning the answer and in any case within 60 days of your application. A complaint to the Board requires that you first applied to us. Where GDPR applies, you may complain to the data protection authority of the EU member state where you live or work, or to the ICO in the United Kingdom; you do not need to contact us first.
Deleting inside the app. "Delete profile" on the Profile screen does the following, in order:
Uninstalling the app also deletes everything on the phone, including the cache folder.
What remains after deletion.
Asking for the counter to be deleted early. Requests are handled by e-mail. Because we hold no identity data and the install id is not shown in the app, we may be unable to locate a specific counter without the id; in that case the counter deletes itself at the end of the 40-day period. The counter is only a number and cannot be matched to you.
This policy is versioned; each version's number and effective date appear at the top of the page, and earlier versions are listed in the version history below.
When a material change happens (for example a new provider, a wider set of data sent to the server, or a move to a paid Gemini tier) we announce it on this page and with a notice inside the app. If a change widens the scope of data sent to the server, we ask for your in-app consent again; the new scope does not take effect until you consent again. Typo fixes and small changes made for clarity are recorded only in the version history.
By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Small Mornings is a tracking and reminder tool. The info cards, stage descriptions, averages, charts and assistant replies in the app are for general information only; they do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Consult your doctor for every decision about your child's or your own health. The app is not a medical device. The EPDS test is a screening tool and does not diagnose; whatever the result, if you are not feeling well, see a health professional.
In an emergency do not use the app: call 112 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency department.
The schedule is compiled from the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule and follow-up programmes of the Turkish Ministry of Health; the source date is shown in the app. When the Ministry changes the schedule, the version in the app may lag behind. For the timing of vaccinations and checkups, what your family doctor or paediatrician says always prevails.
Assistant replies are generated automatically, are not guaranteed to be accurate and may be wrong. Do not change a medication dose, stop a treatment or postpone a doctor visit on the basis of a reply.
You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of what you enter. Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery management and notification permission; do not rely on the app alone for a critical medication or appointment. Because data is kept on your phone, backing it up is your responsibility; if the phone is lost, reset or the app uninstalled, data without a backup cannot be recovered. Use the app lawfully and only for a child you are the guardian of or care for.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device; server-dependent features such as the assistant may pause or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app (including data loss, missed appointments and decisions based on incorrect information). This limitation does not remove rights you hold under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or other mandatory provisions that cannot be waived by contract; liability for intent or gross negligence remains.
The app's name, design, texts and code belong to Eren Tepecik and are protected by the applicable laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The data you enter belongs to you; we claim no rights over it.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds; you may apply to the committee or court of your place of residence. Consumers resident in the EU keep the rights they hold under the mandatory consumer law of their own country.
The app is currently free and contains no purchases. If a paid feature is offered in the future, its terms, price and refund rules will be shown separately and clearly, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
